Terms and purchases

The game is in development. Products described here are available only when offered in the app and confirmed by Apple's purchase sheet. This website does not sell purchases.

App license

The app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The information below explains the game's purchase benefits and controls; it does not replace that license or your statutory consumer rights.

No Ads subscriptions

No Ads is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. While active, it suppresses automatic interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded videos remain voluntary; buying No Ads does not automatically grant video rewards.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and includes No Ads while active. Each verified paid initial purchase and paid renewal delivers 15 Undo, 15 Hold, 15 Bomb and 15 Hint uses. A free trial does not deliver this paid-purchase bundle.

The bundle is granted once per paid transaction. A yearly subscription grants its bundle on the paid yearly purchase or renewal, not every month. Restoring or re-verifying the same transaction does not grant the bundle again.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

The app and Apple's purchase confirmation show your local price, billing period and any applicable offer before you pay. Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage the renewal and cancellation controls in your Apple subscription settings. Check those settings for the effective expiry date and any offer-specific conditions.

Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions. Deleting your online identity or uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription. Apple's cancellation instructions explain the available controls.

Consumables and restoring purchases

Booster packs are consumable purchases. The app shows the contents of a pack before purchase. Delivered booster balances are stored on your device; there is no cross-device consumable wallet or cloud save. Keep your installation while troubleshooting missing items. Previously delivered consumables are not reissued through Restore Purchases, account deletion or reinstalling.

Use Restore Purchases in the shop to verify eligible purchases and active subscriptions. Restoring an active subscription does not duplicate its previously delivered Pro booster bundle. Benefits depend on successful verification and the transaction's current validity, including expiry or refund status.

Advertising choices

Advertising is optional through the game's Ad Privacy controls. Personalized advertising is a separate choice, and iOS tracking requires Apple's permission. Declining advertising or tracking does not block the word game. A voluntary video reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms completion. Ads and rewards may be unavailable because of connection, provider availability or your privacy choices.

Purchase help

If a purchase is missing, keep the game installed and contact support with your game version, product name and Apple order reference. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. Apple processes payments and refund requests.
