Privacy policy

Data stored on your device
The game stores boards, scores, progress, settings, language choices, purchase-delivery records and consumable balances locally. Online authentication credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Local progress is not a cloud backup.
Online play and service security
When you use online features, the service creates a random installation identity and authentication credentials. It processes challenge invitations, accepted game actions, scores, language and a time-zone offset to run friend challenges and verify Daily rankings. Participants can see verified challenge results; leaderboard results are visible to other players. Infrastructure processes connection information such as IP addresses. Our application uses a keyed hash of the address for request limits and logs request identifiers, methods and status codes without receipt contents or authentication tokens.
Purchases
Apple processes payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. If you make a purchase, we verify Apple transaction information, product and transaction identifiers, account association, renewal, expiry and refund status to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate claims.
Advertising choices
When advertising is enabled, you can choose whether to allow ads in Ad Privacy. Personalized advertising is a separate choice. On iOS, tracking also requires Apple's tracking permission. Declining an ad or tracking choice does not block the word game. You can change your ad preference in Settings. We use Unity LevelPlay and its integrated advertising services; the native integration includes Ad Quality. These services may process device identifiers, ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information to provide ads, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Limited ads can still involve data processing. See Unity's game-player and app-user privacy policy for provider information and choices. Optional video rewards are recorded locally after the SDK confirms the reward.
Service providers and transfers
We use Apple for purchases and platform features, Fly.io for hosting and storage, and Unity services for advertising when enabled. Processing by service providers may take place outside your country. We do not sell gameplay records. Personalized-advertising preferences and opt-out signals are passed to the configured advertising SDK; applicable privacy rights can also be requested through the contact address.
Retention and deletion
We keep online identity and gameplay records to provide the service. You can delete the online identity in Settings → Online Account. This removes active online identity, rankings and associated friend rooms. Minimum transaction and ownership records are retained for purchase integrity, fraud prevention and applicable obligations; deleting identity does not make previously delivered purchases claimable again. Backups may retain removed information until replaced through normal backup rotation. Local progress remains until you remove the app or its stored data. Apple subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can play offline, adjust ad choices, use Apple's privacy settings, delete your online identity, and contact us about access, correction, deletion or other rights available in your region. We may need information sufficient to verify that a request concerns your identity, but will not ask for your password or two-factor code.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes
We update this policy when the service or data practices change. Material changes to advertising choices require an updated consent choice in the app.
