Need help with a saved game, a friend challenge or a purchase? Email danzuapp@gmail.com with your app version, device model and a description. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Playing a friend
Choose Challenge a Friend, then Online Friend Challenge. Create a challenge and share its 12-character invite code. Your friend enters that code to join. Each player has the same starting letters and rules and seven days to finish. After both results are verified, the room shows the winner or a draw. This is an asynchronous challenge; you do not need to play at the same time.
Progress and online identity
Game progress and consumable balances are stored on your device. Online identity is tied to that installation; it is not cloud backup or a transferable account. Do not uninstall the app to troubleshoot a saved game. Reopen the app and check available device storage first.
Purchases and subscriptions
When purchases are available, use Restore Purchases in the shop for eligible purchases. Consumables already delivered are not a cross-device wallet. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting your game account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles payment and refund requests.
Delete online account
Open Settings → Online Account → Delete Online Account and confirm. Online scores and friend rooms involving that identity are removed. Local progress stays on your device; minimum purchase ownership records are retained to prevent duplicate claims. Contact support for access or deletion questions.
