Control your online identity and understand what stays on your device.
Delete your online identity in the game
- Open Word Drop on the device with the online identity you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Online Account → Delete Online Account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm deletion while connected to the internet.
This removes your active online identity, online rankings and friend challenge rooms associated with that identity. Keep the app open until it confirms completion; an unavailable service or connection error is not confirmation of deletion.
What remains
Your local boards, progress, settings and consumable balances stay on your device. Minimum purchase transaction and ownership records are retained for purchase integrity, fraud prevention and applicable obligations. Previously delivered consumables cannot be claimed again by deleting an identity. Backups may retain removed information until replaced through normal backup rotation.
Remove local progress
Removing the app and its stored data from your device removes its local progress. Offloading an app can preserve its data. Local saves are not a cloud backup, and online identity does not restore progress on a new installation. Delete the online identity before removing the app if you want both removed.
Cannot access the game?
Email danzuapp@gmail.com with the subject “Word Drop data deletion”. Include your app version and, if available, the online account identifier shown in the game. We may request information needed to verify the identity involved. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery secrets or payment-card details. This page provides instructions; it does not submit a deletion request automatically.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting your online identity or removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Request purchase help or refunds from Apple.
