Remove ctrltool.wtf?

kickbid.lol added CtrlTool - Free Online Tools for Developers, Creators, and Everyday Tasks to the board itself. Nobody has paid for it and it holds no rank.

Removing it takes it down immediately and stops it being added again. No account, no reply, no follow-up.
