Terms of service

These terms cover buying and holding a listing on kickbid.lol. They are written to be read — clause by clause, in ordinary words — because the alternative is a wall of text nobody reads and everybody is nonetheless bound by.

Effective

1. Who you are contracting with

kickbid.lol is operated by Elchin Abdulalimov (an individual (sole operator), not a registered company). Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and your statement, it collects and remits any tax due, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Everything about the listing — what it is, where it ranks, when it is removed — is covered here.

2. What you are buying

A paid advertising placement on this website. Placements are ordered by the cumulative amount each listing has paid, under the rules published at /rules. What that does and does not include is set out in full in the advertising policy, which forms part of these terms.

In particular: a placement affects this site only. It confers no ranking, endorsement, or search visibility anywhere else, and no traffic figure or business outcome is promised.

3. Who may buy one

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
  • You must own the website or handle you list, or be authorised by its owner to promote it.
  • You must not be barred from receiving services under the sanctions or export rules that apply to you.

4. What you may list

A product website or an X handle. The prohibitions — adult content, chat and invite links, link shorteners, affiliate and tracking URLs — are listed on the rules page and enforced when the listing is created. You are responsible for the content at the destination and for having the right to use the name and material shown.

5. Price and payment

  • Bids are whole US dollars: $5 minimum for a new listing, $999,999 maximum.
  • Raising an existing listing charges only the difference between your current total and the new one, and must be at least $1 above it. You are never charged the full amount twice.
  • The amount is calculated on the server from the bid ledger and shown to you before checkout. That figure is what is charged.
  • Prices are tax-inclusive: the amount shown is the amount taken.
  • Every payment is one-off. There are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges anywhere on this site.

6. Delivery

A listing is created and its rank credited when the payment clears, which is normally within seconds of checkout. Delivery is immediate and public — the placement is visible to everyone loading the board. Rank is derived from the ledger at read time, so it moves as other listings pay; a position is held until someone pays more for it.

7. Refunds

Technical failures are refunded in full; being outbid is not. The complete position, what we fix instead of refunding, and how to ask are on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing there or here limits rights the law of your own country gives you.

8. Removal and suspension

A listing that breaches clause 4 may be removed without refund. A listing removed for any other reason is refunded. We may also remove a listing where we are required to by law or by the payment provider.

9. Changes to the rules

The bidding rules can change — the minimum bid, the step to take the top spot, the length of the rolling board. Changes apply from the date they are published and never retroactively to money already paid: a listing keeps the rank its existing payments earned under the rules in force when it paid.

10. What is not promised

The board is provided as it is. No uptime, traffic volume, click-through rate, conversion, revenue, or search result is guaranteed. Listings are submitted by their buyers and are not reviewed, tested, or endorsed — following a link from this board is your own decision, and any dealing with the site behind it is between you and them.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim connected to a listing is limited to the amount you paid for that listing. Liability is not excluded for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud.

12. What we store

For each listing: the submitted URL or handle, the category, the title and description fetched from that page, the payment amounts, and the click counts shown publicly. Payment card details never reach this site — checkout is hosted by Polar and the browser is redirected there. Write to support@kickbid.lol to ask what is held against a listing, or to have a listing taken down.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Before anything formal, email support@kickbid.lol — nearly everything is a misunderstanding that is cheaper to settle than to argue about.
