Game data on your device
The game stores progress, currency, boosters, settings and purchase-delivery records on your device. Online account credentials, when available, use iOS secure storage. Core play does not require you to provide your name or email address. Local data is distinct from information sent to online services.
Optional online features
When enabled in your version, online services use a generated player ID, session credentials, a hashed account-recovery code, cloud saves, gameplay attempts and outcomes, profile choices and purchase records to save progress, recover accounts, verify rewards and protect against misuse. Network requests are processed by our hosting provider, including IP addresses. A country code inferred from the connection is stored for country leaderboards; we do not request GPS location. Other players can see your player ID, chosen profile name, avatar and frame, country, progress, rankings and available gameplay statistics. Some statistics are client-reported and others are server-confirmed. Development builds may not have every online feature available.
Tournaments and public profiles
Our online tournament service stores participation, tournament and schedule identifiers, active windows, accepted gameplay outcomes, confirmed scores, ranks, results, settlement claims and delivery acknowledgments. Public tournament rows and profiles can show your chosen name, avatar, country, confirmed score, rank and available tournament statistics. Tournament statistics cover the recorded participation history, rather than every earlier offline game. Local or unverified scores are not proof of an online award. Tournament rules and any rewards depend on the active game configuration; participation does not promise a cash prize or a reward that is not listed.
Profile reports and player controls
If you report a public profile, our service receives your generated player ID, the reported player ID, the selected reason, the current public display name and the report time. We use these records to investigate abuse and apply moderation. Reports are not public. Deleting either game account removes the associated report records. Other report records are retained while needed to handle concerns and protect the service.
Blocked-player choices are stored on your device. They mask the blocked player’s name and prevent opening that profile, including in cached leaderboard and tournament screens. They do not change scores or ranks and are separate from service moderation. You can unblock players from the support menu. Using the optional contact action opens your email app; a message is sent only if you send it.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments. We do not receive your full payment card information. RevenueCat processes the game’s player ID and purchase history, including product and transaction information, for purchase validation, restoration and purchase analytics. Our service uses verified transaction records to deliver items once, maintain permanent benefits and handle refunds. A restored permanent Remove Ads benefit follows the current owner verified through RevenueCat and may transfer to another game account using the same eligible App Store purchase; the former game account loses that benefit after reconciliation. Consumable coins, boosters and bundle extras remain subject to the original one-time delivery record and are not issued again because a permanent benefit transfers. Recovery or restore does not recreate spent items. We do not send RevenueCat a contact email or advertising identifier from the game’s purchase integration.
See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
Advertising and diagnostics
The game includes Unity Ads and its supporting ad-quality components. When ads are enabled, those services may process device and user identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, purchase-related events and diagnostic or performance information to provide, measure and protect advertising. Collection depends on your region, device permissions, consent choices and the enabled service configuration.
The current release configuration asks you to choose contextual (non-personalized) ads or play without ads before initializing the advertising service. Both choices refuse personalized advertising and sale or sharing for targeted advertising; no personalized-ad consent is granted. You can change your choice through Privacy in Settings. Declining stops future ad loads and shows. If the service has already initialized, it may continue processing until you close and reopen the app; it stays uninitialized on the next launch when your saved choice is to play without ads. Contextual advertising still involves service data processing; it does not mean that no data is collected. Use the choices offered by the advertising service and iOS privacy settings. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for its data use and privacy controls. Buying Remove Ads disables the game’s automatic interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads can remain available.
Optional Firebase analytics in newer builds
Version scope: version 1.0 Build 3 does not include the Firebase features described in this section. This section applies only to newer builds that offer the “Game Analytics” and “Crash Diagnostics” choices in Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Diagnostics.
These are separate, optional choices. Both start off on a new installation, and playing works with both off. Closing the choice screen keeps your previous choice; use Save Choices or Keep Both Off to save a change. Advertising choices remain separate. The Firebase analytics configuration does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), disables vendor-identifier (IDFV) collection and advertising-personalization signals, and does not use these events for personalized advertising.
Game Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives sessions, level and board identifiers, attempts, outcomes and active play duration, first moves, timer expirations and continues, booster use, store purchase and restoration interactions, advertising actions and service-operation results. Random session and attempt identifiers help group events. Sampled gameplay summaries include frame-time ranges and counts of slow frames. Firebase also processes its app installation identifier and SDK-generated app, device and usage information. General location can be derived from masked IP addresses. The Analytics SDK can also automatically measure StoreKit purchase and subscription events, including product ID, name and price, associated with the app installation identifier. Store events use product identifiers and fixed outcome codes; they do not contain receipts, payment card details or purchase amounts from our telemetry hooks. Ad-action events do not contain impression revenue.
Crash Diagnostics: if enabled, Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and automatically captured errors, including stack traces, exception details, app and device information, and installation and session identifiers. We add limited technical context such as level and board identifiers, loop status, event names and fixed error codes. When analytics is also enabled, analytics events can appear as breadcrumbs explaining activity before an error. Although our added error messages use fixed codes, automatic crash and exception reports can contain runtime exception messages and native stack information.
We do not attach your game account ID, profile name, recovery code, session credentials, raw backend responses, receipts or contact details to our Firebase event and diagnostic hooks. Firebase installation identifiers are different from your game account ID; these services are not anonymous simply because we do not provide your name.
Remote controls: when either optional choice is enabled, Firebase Remote Config checks at most once daily through our managed request path for flags that can disable analytics or diagnostics. Remote flags cannot turn on a choice you have declined. The service processes installation and technical request information, including country, language, time zone, operating system and app information. It can receive analytics properties when analytics is enabled. Requests may involve IP-address processing. These controls do not change a level already in progress.
Changing or deleting data: change your choices in Settings → Privacy. After turning diagnostics off, close and reopen the game for the Crashlytics override to take effect. Crashlytics can keep reports locally while sending is disabled, and those reports may be sent if you enable diagnostics later. Turning analytics off resets analytics data and its identifier on the device, but does not delete reports already sent to Google. Deleting your cloud game account does not automatically delete Firebase records. Contact danzuapp@gmail.com for access or deletion requests. We may need additional information to locate provider records and cannot necessarily match them from your game player ID alone. The current game does not display or export its Firebase installation identifiers. Do not email passwords or recovery codes.
Google processes and retains service data under the applicable Firebase and Google Analytics terms. Crashlytics documents a 90-day retention period for crash data and associated identifiers before beginning removal; disabling a switch does not accelerate that retention. See Firebase privacy and security information, Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data controls.
Notifications
If you enable and allow notifications, the game can schedule local comeback reminders approximately one hour and one, two, three and four days after you leave. It can also schedule selected life reminders: the first life restored when you have none, and full refill. Timing depends on your lives and game state, and iOS may delay delivery. These reminders run on your device without an account email or a remote push token. Returning to the game or turning reminders off cancels pending game reminders. You can also disable notifications in iPhone Settings.
This website and support
These pages do not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare may process requests for the game’s online services when enabled. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send so we can answer and investigate your request.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until removed from the device. Online account and progress data remains while the account is active, unless deleted. Limited purchase identifiers, transaction records and security records may remain after account deletion for fraud prevention, refunds or applicable obligations. Provider retention follows the relevant provider policies. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests and related obligations; contact us to request deletion.
See account and data deletion instructions. Deleting the app does not itself delete an online account or purchase records.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify that it concerns your data. You can also use the privacy controls provided by Apple and Unity.
Children and international processing
The game does not ask children to submit personal contact information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or an online feature, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Our service providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards.
Changes
We will update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
